Sushi Hatsu
LOTT transformed the legendary Ambler Cabaret into Sushi Hatsu, a farmhouse-modern space with Asian influences. The project included major HVAC upgrades, a custom Yoshimasa sushi case, and a bold storefront design that enhances the restaurant’s aesthetic and Ambler’s vibrant streetscape.
